I consider myself the Official Carrot Cake Taster of Los Angeles. Because Carrot Cake is my favorite kind of cake. That isnt cheese cake. Last Saturday I just so happen to find myself at the ESPN Zone. So of course I ordered the Carrot Cake off their menu. Its called Carrot Cake Rum something or the other.
This has to be the best Carrot Cake Ive ever had in my life. It was sweet, but not too sweet to finish some how. Or maybe it was just that damn good to me. I would have to go back and order another one to go into full detail about how good this Carrot Cake is. Because when I was eating it, I was in some kind of blissful daze. I couldnt believe what I was eating. I really couldnt. You have to try it. Even if Carrot Cake isnt your favorite. This is the best Carrot Cake in all of Los Angeles! Until I have something better of course lol.

I absolutely LOVE that cake!!! I sometimes go to Disneyland, just so that I can stop and get a piece of the cake. I seriously want the recipe. That frosting tastes like cheesecake, and when you chill it in the fridge for awhile, it definately tastes like cheesecake on top of carrot cake. Everyone should try it….just make sure to leave some for me.
